The basis is good milk to which some sugar and cocoa are added. We let the sugar caramelize in the milk - resulting in a fine, spreadable and delicate texture with an incredibly full aroma! Ideal as a topping for pancakes and waffles, with ice cream or with yoghurt and quark or as a pastry or cake filling. But it is still best enjoyed pure!
