Caramel Espresso

The basis is good milk, to which some sugar and espresso coffee are added. We let the sugar caramelize in the milk - resulting in a fine, spreadable and delicate texture with an incredibly full aroma! The espresso complements the aroma in such a fine way that we recommend consumption on its own! Later, this cream is also ideal as a topping for pancakes and waffles, with ice cream or with yoghurt and quark or as a pastry or cake filling.
