Cognac No. 1

This "spiritual" delicacy was created under the fine nose of Mr. Jean-Luc Pasquet according to our ideas. The distillate is mature for 14 years in barrel years. His base wines come from the two best locations in Cognac: Grande Champagne and Petit Champagne. If more than 50% of the best location is "Grande Champagne" in the cuvée - and this is the case here - it becomes a so-called "Fine Champagne". It is wonderfully youthful, full of freshness and fruity aromas. The barrel gave off a slight hint of vanilla and rounded off the taste profile in a subtle way.
