Cognac No. 3

Among the many samples we tasted for our own cognac cuvées, we also had samples from our friend Jacques Rivière, who owns the house AEDor. You can read about AEDor on the opposite page. Here we can agree with Oscar Wilde: "We have a very simple taste: we always use only the best!" This is an old "Grande Champage Cognac à l'age inconnu", which means something that nobody can understand anymore , what age this medicine really has. It should be around 40 or more years of barrel aging, that reveals the aroma. Simply perfect!
