The little Christmas present

The Christmas jelly is a delicacy based on red wine, Jamaican rum and cinnamon. It tastes best on a toasted brioche. Like the festively spiced Christmas jam made from cranberries, oranges and apricots and the chocolate cream with gingerbread flavors or speculoos spices, we also make the Christmas jelly only for Christmas.
