In 2022, a Bremen institution will be 150 years young! In the 140th year of our delicatessen, which opened on April 23, 1872, the comprehensive company history is published in bound form. Author Jürgen D. Schmidt, who has been deeply involved in the company's history since the 1960s, documents the development of one of the most unusual delicatessen shops in Germany on 316 pages with more than 400 photos and illustrations. With guest contributions by Gerd von Paczensky and Oliver D. Schmidt.
