Details
Our plum brandy is a distillate from Black Forest fruits. The special thing about it are the two different age groups. One is a fine, fruity cuvée made from 4-year-old (30%) and one from 15-year-old distillate (70%) Black Forest mirabelle plums. This makes this cuvée unique and harmonious, on the one hand due to the maturity but also fresh on the palate and in the nose due to the young distillate.
