100% Merlot, vinified by the team at the top winery Château Clinet in Pomerol. Breathtaking bouquet of ripe cherries, blackberries and oriental spices. Very good acidity and tannin balance. Meaty and beguiling!

The wine goes well with red meat, but also with grilled meat of any kind. A vegetarian version would be a casserole of carrots with black truffles and truffle jus.

Red mullet fillets, grilled on red paprika confit with star anise and red wine sauce, why not a Bordeaux with the fish?

Cheese: Mushroom cheese, Stilton, Old Amsterdam, Mimolette, Camembert de Normandie.
