Uccelino Rosso 2019

Uccelino Rosso" means "The little red bird" and is made from the Teroldego grape variety, which is native to South Tyrol. The vines are surrounded by the Dolomites, a beautiful region. Due to the particularly gentle production in the tank pressure process, the fruit aromas of the grapes are completely preserved, the fermentation in the absence of oxygen allows them to really explode. The result is a very digestible and fruity - fresh red wine, whose scent is in no way inferior to a fresh berry plate. Herbal flavors can also be found. Acidity and tannins are skillfully fused together. The result is a light wine that, when enjoyed chilled at a refreshing 12°C, will sneak into your heart. Perfect for a wonderful evening with South Tyrolean bacon, spinach dumplings and hearty cheese.
